Terms and Conditions for KrypAlert

1. Authorized operational use

KrypAlert is provided to Krypzon personnel and invited operators for legitimate application monitoring and incident response. Access is not offered through public self-registration. You may use only the account, role and application memberships assigned to you.

2. Accounts and credentials

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and device, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You must not share sessions, ingestion keys, notification credentials or other protected access material.

3. Diagnostic content

Only sanitized, operationally necessary diagnostic data may be submitted. Do not submit passwords, tokens, cookies, private keys, payment data, user documents, unrestricted payloads or information you are not authorized to process.

Application owners remain responsible for configuring their reporters, package boundaries and environments correctly and for ensuring they have the right to process submitted information.

4. Confidentiality and incident handling

Incident information may reveal software structure, deployment details or security-relevant behavior. Treat it as confidential and share it only with people authorized for the affected application.

Acknowledgement, assignment, comments and resolution states are coordination aids. They do not replace product-specific incident procedures, security escalation, backups or independent monitoring.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• access applications, incidents or operator accounts outside your authorization;
• probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass service protections;
• submit false, harmful, unlawful or rights-infringing content;
• use incident data to exploit a vulnerability or harm another person or service; or
• interfere with ingestion, notification delivery, retention or audit records.

6. Notifications and availability

Email and push notifications depend on device permissions, internet connectivity and third-party delivery providers. Delivery may be delayed, grouped or unavailable. KrypAlert must not be the sole monitor for a safety-critical or business-critical service.

The service may be changed, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, provider failure or circumstances outside Krypzon’s control.

7. Intellectual property and third-party software

KrypAlert software, branding and original interface content belong to Krypzon or its licensors. Authorized users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended operational purpose.

Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses and notices.

8. Suspension and account deletion

Krypzon may restrict or revoke access to protect applications, users or the service; respond to an administrator request; investigate misuse; or comply with legal obligations. Operators can request access removal or deletion through the published process.

9. Disclaimers and liability

KrypAlert is provided as available for operational assistance. To the extent permitted by law, Krypzon does not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring, notification delivery, complete diagnostic capture or a particular incident outcome, and is not responsible for indirect losses caused by missed alerts, third-party services or improper reporter configuration.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live. We may update these terms as the service evolves; the published revision date identifies the current version.
