Questions operators ask before the next alert.

Clear guidance on access, incident grouping, push delivery, privacy and account removal.

Access and applications

What is KrypAlert?

KrypAlert is Krypzon’s private incident-monitoring service. It groups sanitized application errors and gives authorized operators a shared place to inspect, acknowledge, assign, comment on and resolve incident groups.

Can anyone create an account?

No. There is no public self-registration. A platform administrator provisions operator accounts, and an application manager grants membership to the applications that operator may access.

Why can I sign in but not see an application?

Application visibility is membership-scoped. Ask that application’s authorized manager to verify that your account has an active membership and the correct role.

Incidents and notifications

Why are repeated errors grouped together?

KrypAlert computes a stable fingerprint from sanitized exception and stack information. Matching events increase the occurrence count and add bounded recent samples instead of opening unlimited duplicate groups.

When is a mobile push notification created?

Push notifications are created for genuinely new production groups and active registered devices whose users belong to the affected application. Repeats of an existing fingerprint do not create another first-group push.

Why did I not receive a notification?

Check notification permission, network access, current sign-in, application membership and whether the event created a new production group. Device focus modes and Apple, Google or Firebase delivery services can also affect timing.

Does KrypAlert work offline?

The mobile app can show a limited cached incident view when the API is temporarily unavailable. Live updates, comments, status changes, device registration and full details require a connection.

Privacy and account control

Does KrypAlert collect user documents or passwords?

It is not designed to do so. Reporters must send bounded diagnostic data and remove credentials, documents, raw request bodies and unnecessary personal information. Such material must never be intentionally submitted.

What happens when I log out?

The authenticated session ends and the current mobile device registration is revoked. Logging out does not delete the operator account or shared incident history.

How do I delete my account?

Follow the Delete Account page and email krypalertteam@gmail.com from the registered address. After verification, access and device registrations are revoked and profile information is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

How can I contact support safely?

Email krypalertteam@gmail.com with the affected product, approximate time, platform and non-sensitive correlation information. Never email passwords, keys, tokens, private documents or raw diagnostic payloads.
