Account control
Request KrypAlert account deletion
KrypAlert has no public self-registration. Administrators provision access, and an operator can request removal or deletion from the registered email address.
How to submit a request
Email krypalertteam@gmail.com from the address associated with your KrypAlert account. Use the subject “KrypAlert account deletion” and state that you want the account deleted rather than only logged out or disabled.
Verification
We verify control of the registered address and may confirm the request with the relevant administrator. Do not send a password, authentication code, mobile token or identity document unless support provides a secure and necessary verification method.
What deletion changes
After verification, active access and mobile notification registrations are revoked. Account profile information is deleted or anonymized where appropriate, and the operator can no longer sign in or access assigned applications.
Records that may remain
Shared incident comments, notification outcomes, audit entries and security records may be retained or de-identified when necessary to preserve incident integrity, investigate misuse, maintain system security or meet legal obligations. Product diagnostic events follow their operational retention policy rather than the deletion of one operator account.
Removing the app is different
Uninstalling KrypAlert removes the app from the device but does not delete the server account. Logging out revokes the current mobile registration but does not delete the account.
