Built for focused response

Authorized operators can review new and recurring incidents, inspect retained diagnostic samples, acknowledge or resolve groups, assign ownership and leave an auditable response history.

Mobile push notifications help eligible operators notice genuinely new production groups. The web dashboard provides the broader administration and triage workspace.

A deliberately narrow data path

Product reporters send bounded diagnostic events to the KrypAlert ingestion API. They are expected to remove credentials, user documents, raw request bodies and unnecessary personal information before transmission.

The mobile and web clients never receive product ingestion keys. They use authenticated, membership-scoped dashboard APIs and expose only the applications an operator is permitted to access.

Who can use KrypAlert

KrypAlert is not a public social or consumer account service. Access is provisioned for Krypzon personnel and invited operational users. There is no public self-registration flow.
